Says my access code is invalid

i checked and i copied it down correctly

Looked on support but found no answere, so if anyone can direct some links to some support, THANK YOU!

i had this problem at first also, my advice read it VERY carefully, my problem was a 8, it looked alot like a B so that might be your problem, the 8 and B look really close.

dont forget its all in caps as well
my buddy hadnt noticed taht til after a few tries
